Ipoteca Control is a local app for tracking, simulating and reconciling a mortgage. It has no user account, proprietary backend, advertising or analytics. The developer does not collect or receive personal or financial data.
Data processed locally
Mortgage values, budgets, checks and CSV, XLSX or PDF documents selected by the user are processed on the device. The app does not request bank credentials or connect to a bank.
Optional exchange rate
The EUR/RON converter downloads only the public exchange-rate file directly from the National Bank of Romania. The balance, schedule, documents and entered amounts are not included in that request. The last rate is cached locally for offline use.
Storage and security
Data is stored in an encrypted SQLCipher database. Its key is stored separately in Keychain or secure storage. Manual backups and exports remain in the location selected by the user.
Biometrics and notifications
Biometric authentication is performed by the operating system; the app receives only the verification result. Reminders are scheduled locally.
Deletion
Local data can be deleted in Settings or by uninstalling the app. Exported files must be deleted separately from their saved location.
